Can I increase the value of the memorial on my policy mid-term?
Yes. Please email to info@ukspecialrisks.co.uk with the revised sums to be insured. As your policy continues for five years the sum insured will automatically be increased by 5% per annum.
How do I claim under the policy?
Claims are dealt with by the Claims Department at Ecclesiastical Insurance Office plc. To report a claim simply call 0845 603 8381. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Can I increase the value of the headstone on my policy mid-term?
Yes you can. Just email details of the new value to info@ukspecialrisks.co.uk together with confirmation of your name and policy number. Remember, the sum insured will be automatically increased by 5% each year to protect against the affects of inflation.
How do I notify you of any other changes?
Simply email details of any other alterations to info@ukspecialrisks.co.uk together with confirmation of your name and policy number.
How long am I covered for?
Your policy will provide cover for a period of 5 years.
How do I renew the policy?
Prior to the sixth anniversary of the policy the underwriters, Ecclesiastical Insurance Office plc, will write to you directly with an invitation to renew your policy for a further 5 years.
What are my rights with regard to cancelling the policy?
If you change your mind within 14 days from the inception of policy cover a full refund will be given unless a claim has been notified.
